Technical Requirements for Financial Statement Analysis

Our platform works best when your setup supports modern web standards and secure connections. Most people find they're already good to go — but here's what matters if you want smooth, reliable access to your financial data and analysis tools.

Desktop & Laptop

Windows 10 or later, macOS 11 or newer. We recommend at least 8GB RAM for handling larger datasets without lag.

Mobile Devices

iOS 14+ or Android 10+ with current security patches. Tablets work great for reviewing reports on the move.

Network Connection

Stable broadband (5 Mbps minimum). Data encryption happens in real-time, so consistent connectivity helps.

Operating System & Hardware Baselines

  • Processor: Dual-core 2.0 GHz or better (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 3 generation or newer)
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM recommended — 4 GB works but might slow down with complex reports
  • Storage: 500 MB free disk space for local cache and temporary files
  • Display: 1366×768 minimum resolution; 1920×1080 recommended for full dashboard visibility
  • Graphics: No dedicated GPU needed — integrated graphics handle all visualizations

Supported Web Browsers

We test everything on recent browser versions. You don't need the absolute latest update, but staying within the past year keeps things running smoothly and securely.

Chrome / Edge

Version 110 or newer. Chromium-based browsers offer the best performance with our dashboard tools.

Firefox

Version 110 or newer. Strong privacy controls and excellent support for our data visualization features.

Safari

Version 15 or newer (macOS/iOS). Works well with Apple devices and respects system-level security settings.

Internet Connection & Security

You need a stable connection — not necessarily fast, just reliable. Our platform uses TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmission, which most networks support by default in 2025.

Firewalls rarely cause issues, but corporate networks sometimes block WebSocket connections. If you're accessing from an office, IT teams can whitelist our serionvaleth easily. Mobile networks work fine too, though we recommend WiFi for uploading large financial documents.

Document Upload & File Formats

We accept most common financial document formats: PDF, Excel (XLSX), CSV, and even scanned images (JPG, PNG). File size limit is 25 MB per upload — plenty for detailed statements.

Our OCR system handles scanned documents pretty well, though native digital files give cleaner results. Multi-page PDFs? No problem. Just be aware that heavily redacted or password-protected files need manual review before processing.
